Description

A vibrant and colorful cocktail that features multiple layers of fruity flavors, perfect for summer parties or festive gatherings.


Ingredients

Scale
  • Cherry Layer
    • 2 ounces Grenadine Liquor
    • 2 ounces Cherry Punch
    • 1 ounce Grenadine syrup
    • 2 cups Ice
  • Mango Layer
    • 2 ounces Tequila
    • 3 ounces Mango Margarita Mix
    • 1 drop Neon Yellow food coloring
    • 2 cups Ice
  • Orange Layer
    • 2 ounces Tequila
    • 2 ounces Orange Soda
    • 1 ounces Orange Syrup
    • 1 drop Orange food coloring
    • 2 cups Ice
  • Melon Layer
    • 2 ounces Melon Liquor
    • 1 ounce Melon Syrup
    • 2 ounces Margarita Mix
    • 1 drop Neon Green food coloring
    • 2 cups Ice
  • Blue Raspberry Layer
    • 2 ounces Blue Curacao
    • 1 ounce Blue Raspberry Syrup
    • 2 ounces Coconut water
    • 1 drop Neon Blue food coloring
    • 2 cups Ice
  • Grape Layer
    • 2 ounces Tequila
    • 3 ounces Grape Soda
    • 1 drop Purple food coloring
    • 2 cups Ice

Instructions

  1. In a blender, add the ingredients for each layer separately. Blend on high until smooth. Pour each flavor into a small container or pitcher. Set to the side in the freezer.
  2. Using a SMALL cookie/ice cream scoop, scoop out the Purple mixture and add to the glass.
  3. Then top with a scoop of the Blue mixture. Repeat with the remaining layers.
  4. Lightly tap the glass on the counter after each layer is added to allow the cocktail mixtures to settle evenly.
  5. Use a very small spatula to even out the layers in the drink if needed.
  6. Garnish and enjoy!

  • For best results, freeze each layer a bit before adding the next one to maintain clear distinctions between layers.
  • Feel free to adjust the quantity of each ingredient according to personal taste.
  • Adding additional garnishes like fruit slices can enhance the visual appeal.
