- 3 Ounces Cherry Jello
- 3 Ounces Blue Jello
- 1 Cup Boiling Water (divided)
- 8 Ounces Whipped Topping (Cool Whip)

Instructions
- Prepare the white cake mix according to package instructions; bake in a baking pan.
- While the cake bakes, dissolve cherry jello in 1/2 cup boiling water and blue jello in the other 1/2 cup.
- After baking, poke holes in the cooled cake using a wooden spoon’s handle.
- Pour cherry jello into some holes and blue jello into others without mixing.
- Chill the cake for at least 30 minutes.
- Top with Cool Whip and sprinkle red, white, and blue decorations before serving.
