Description
Ritz Cracker Sandwiches are a deliciously easy appetizer made with layers of ham and Swiss cheese sandwiched between buttery Ritz crackers.

- 48 Ritz Crackers
- 8 deli ham thin slices
- 8 Swiss cheese thin slices
- 4 Tbsp butter melted
- 2 tsp dijon mustard
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp poppy seeds
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Arrange half the crackers on a large baking sheet.
- Tear your swiss cheese into cracker-size pieces and place them on top of each cracker.
- Repeat with the ham. Top each one with another cracker.
- In a small bowl combine the melted butter, dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, onion powder, and poppy seeds.
- Spoon the butter mixture over each cracker evenly.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes until the cheese is melted and the crackers are golden.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- For a spicy kick, add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the butter mixture.
- These sandwiches can be made ahead of time and refrigerated until ready to bake.
- Feel free to substitute the deli ham with turkey or chicken.
