Description

Salted Caramel Pretzel Cheesecake Balls are a delightful treat that combines the creamy texture of cheesecake with the salty crunch of pretzels, all drizzled with luscious caramel and chocolate.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 3/4 cup salted caramel sauce, divided
  • 1 1/2 cups crushed pretzels
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate, melted
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate, melted
  • 1/2 tsp flaky sea salt

Instructions

  1. Beat the softened cream cheese in a mixing bowl until completely smooth.
  2. Add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, then beat again until creamy and fluffy.
  3. Stir in the graham cracker crumbs until the mixture becomes thick and easy to scoop.
  4. Chill the filling for 15 to 20 minutes if it feels too soft to handle.
  5. Scoop about 1 1/2 tablespoons of filling and flatten it slightly in your hand.
  6. Add a small spoonful of salted caramel sauce to the center, then wrap the filling around it and roll into a ball.
  7. Place each ball on a parchment-lined tray and refrigerate for 30 minutes until firm.
  8. Mix the crushed pretzels with the melted butter in a shallow bowl.
  9. Roll each chilled cheesecake ball in the pretzel mixture, pressing gently so the coating sticks.
  10. Drizzle the balls with melted dark chocolate and melted white chocolate.
  11. Spoon or drizzle the remaining salted caramel over the tops.
  12. Finish with flaky sea salt and chill again for 15 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • For a sweeter flavor, increase the amount of salted caramel sauce.
  • Make sure the cream cheese is softened to room temperature for easier mixing.
