Description
A delicious and easy slow cooker appetizer featuring smoked sausage and a sweet and tangy sauce made from honey barbecue, cranberry, and pineapple preserves.

- 36 ounces smoked sausage (3 packs of 12–14 ounces)
- 1 cup honey BBQ sauce
- 1 cup cranberry sauce
- 1 cup pineapple preserves
- 1 cup cranberries
- 1 cup pineapple tidbits
Instructions
- Slice up your sausage and place into your slow cooker.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the BBQ sauce, cranberry sauce, and pineapple preserves. Stir to combine.
- Pour the sauce into the slow cooker and stir.
- Add in the cranberries and pineapple tidbits, stir.
- Cover and cook on high for 4 hours or low for 6 hours, stirring frequently to prevent the sugars from burning.
- Serve!
Notes
- For a spicier kick, consider adding some chopped jalapenos or red pepper flakes.
- This dish can also be served over rice or with toothpicks as finger food.
- Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for a few days.
