Description
Spicy Chili Garlic Deviled Eggs are a flavorful twist on a classic appetizer, combining creamy yolks with the heat of chili garlic sauce.

- 6 large eggs
- 3 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 1/2 tsp chili garlic sauce (or more to taste)
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp rice vinegar or lemon juice
- Chopped green onions or chives, for garnish
- Optional: crushed red pepper flakes or paprika for garnish
Instructions
- Place eggs in a saucepan and cover with water. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat, then cover, remove from heat, and let sit for 10-12 minutes.
- Drain and cool eggs under cold running water. Peel and slice eggs in half lengthwise.
- Remove yolks and place in a bowl. Mash yolks with mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, chili garlic sauce, vinegar, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Spoon or pipe the yolk mixture back into egg white halves.
- Garnish with chopped green onions, chives, and optional red pepper flakes or paprika.
- Chill before serving, if desired.
Notes
- Adjust chili garlic sauce to taste depending on your spice preference.
- For extra flavor, mix in a dash of soy sauce or sesame oil to the yolk filling.
- Best served cold and can be made a day ahead.
