Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 1/2 cup walnuts, toasted and roughly chopped
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup cucumber, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large salad bowl, combine the mixed greens, sliced strawberries, toasted walnuts, feta cheese, cucumber, and red onion.
