- 8 small strawberries, stems removed and chopped
- 1/4 cup honey
Instructions
- Chop strawberries until very small; a mini food processor works well for this.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the butter on high speed until it is light and fluffy, about 2 minutes, scraping the sides of the bowl as needed.
- Add the chopped strawberries, honey, and a pinch of salt. Beat until well combined, about 1 minute.
- Serve immediately and spread over bread, rolls, muffins, or croissants.
