Description

A delightful, creamy spread infused with fresh strawberries and honey, perfect for enhancing your breakfast or snacks.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsalted butter, room temperature
  • pinch of kosher salt
  • 8 small strawberries, stems removed and chopped
  • 1/4 cup honey

Instructions

  1. Chop strawberries until very small; a mini food processor works well for this.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, beat the butter on high speed until it is light and fluffy, about 2 minutes, scraping the sides of the bowl as needed.
  3. Add the chopped strawberries, honey, and a pinch of salt. Beat until well combined, about 1 minute.
  4. Serve immediately and spread over bread, rolls, muffins, or croissants.
