Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh raspberries
  • 1 cup fresh blackberries
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons fresh mint leaves
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Wash the peaches thoroughly and slice them into thin wedges, removing the pits. Place the sliced peaches in a large mixing bowl.
  2. Gently rinse the raspberries and blackberries, then add them to the bowl with the sliced peaches.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together the honey and lemon juice until well combined. Drizzle this mixture over the fruit.
  4. Tear the fresh mint leaves into smaller pieces and scatter them over the fruit salad.
