Description

A refreshing and colorful tropical fruit salad that combines various fruits with a sweet and zesty dressing.


Ingredients

  • 1 papaya peeled, seeded, diced
  • 1 mango peeled, diced
  • 4 kiwis peeled, diced
  • 1 pint strawberries hulled, sliced
  • 1 small pineapple diced
  • ⅓ cup shredded coconut
  • 1 star fruit sliced
  • ¼ cup honey
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon lime zest

Instructions

  1. Combine fruit in a large bowl.
  2. Stir honey, lime juice and zest together in a small bowl.
  3. Drizzle dressing over the top of the fresh fruit.
  4. Gently toss to combine.
  5. Keep refrigerated until ready to serve.
