Description

Voodoo Egg Rolls are a delicious fried appetizer filled with shredded chicken and cream cheese, seasoned with spices and hot sauce for an extra kick.


Ingredients

  • Egg roll wrappers
  • Cooked chicken (shredded)
  • Cream cheese
  • Green onion (chopped)
  • Garlic powder
  • Hot sauce
  • Salt and pepper
  • Oil (for frying)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the filling by mixing together the shredded chicken, cream cheese, chopped green onion, garlic powder, hot sauce, salt, and pepper in a bowl until well combined.
  2. Assemble the egg roll by placing a spoonful of the filling in the center of an egg roll wrapper.
  3. Fold the wrapper according to package instructions, sealing the edges with water.
