Description

A creamy and delightful salad made with pistachio pudding, crushed pineapple, and whipped topping, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 2 boxes (3.4 ounce) pistachio pudding mix
  • 20 ounces can of crushed pineapple in juice
  • 12 ounces whipped topping
  • ½ cup chopped pecans
  • 1½ cups white mini marshmallows
  • chopped pecans and maraschino cherries for garnish
  • 1 cup shredded coconut (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix the crushed pineapple and pudding mix until the pudding mix has completely dissolved and the mixture is thick.
  2. Stir in the pecans and mini marshmallows, and the optional shredded coconut.
  3. Fold in the whipped topping.
  4. Transfer the Watergate Salad to a serving bowl and top with chopped pecans and cherries.
  5. Refrigerate for one hour or until ready to serve.
