Instructions

- Gradually pour in warm milk while whisking to avoid lumps.
- Stir in heavy cream and let the mixture simmer gently.
- Add salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and oregano, mixing well.
- Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
- Adjust consistency with milk if too thick or simmer longer if too thin.
- Add olive oil and red pepper flakes, then stir to combine.
- Let the sauce cool slightly before using.
