- 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar

- 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions
- Combine everything: Add the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, Parmesan cheese, garlic, oregano, garlic powder, basil, parsley, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper to a bowl and stir to mix well.
- Rest: Let stand for 30 minutes for the flavors to mingle.
- Stir and serve: Stir well before serving with 1 loaf fresh bread, cut into 1 inch cubes.
