Description

A flavorful and easy-to-make dip combining balsamic vinegar and olive oil, perfect for enhancing appetizers.


Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper

Instructions

  1. Combine everything: Add the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, Parmesan cheese, garlic, oregano, garlic powder, basil, parsley, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper to a bowl and stir to mix well.
  2. Rest: Let stand for 30 minutes for the flavors to mingle.
  3. Stir and serve: Stir well before serving with 1 loaf fresh bread, cut into 1 inch cubes.
