Description

Delicious and creamy Cookies and Cream Pudding Shots that are perfect for parties and gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 1 (3.4 oz) package Oreo-flavored Jello instant pudding
  • 1 cup cold milk
  • ½ cup Rum Chata liqueur
  • 1 cup Cool Whip, thawed
  • 6 Oreo cookies, crushed (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a medium-sized mixing bowl, whisk together the Oreo-flavored Jello pudding mix and cold milk until smooth and thickened (about 2 minutes).
  2. Stir in the Rum Chata, blending until fully incorporated and smooth.
  3. Place the pudding mixture in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to set and chill.
  4. Once the pudding is chilled, spoon or pipe it into small shot glasses or plastic cups, filling them about three-quarters full.
  5. Add a generous dollop of Cool Whip on top of each pudding shot.
  6. Finish each shot by placing a broken piece of Oreo cookie on top for a crunchy, decorative touch.
  7. Keep the pudding shots chilled in the fridge until ready to serve. Enjoy!
