Instructions

  1. Wash, dry, and hull the strawberries, ensuring no moisture remains.
  2. Beat softened cream cheese with granulated sugar until smooth and creamy.
  3. Add vanilla extract and mix until fully combined.
  4. In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream with powdered sugar until stiff peaks form.
  5. Gently fold whipped cream into the cheesecake mixture until light and fluffy.
  6. Scoop cheesecake mixture and wrap it around each strawberry, forming a ball.
  7. Place coated strawberries on a parchment-lined tray and chill for 30–45 minutes.
