- 1 cup pineapple chunks
- ¾ cup Silk Coconut Milk
- ice, if necessary to taste
- agave or sugar to taste (optional)
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to the canister of a blender. Blend on high power until smooth.
- Add additional Coconut Milk if necessary to achieve a smooth consistency.
- Serve immediately.

- If using frozen fruit, you likely will not need to add ice.
